I've cooked for my family and friends for twenty years. Buraq is that food — curry, pilau and biryani made properly, from whole spices, in a kitchen I keep for nothing else. Order before ten and I'll cook it that morning.

When do I need to order by?
By 10:00 for today. After 10:00 you're ordering for the next working day. Monday to Friday, from Monday 28 September.
When and where do you deliver?
Between 12:00 and 13:00, free across Cardiff — CF10 to CF24, plus the Cardiff Gate and St Mellons business parks. Checkout checks your postcode.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you order. Pay on delivery is available for returning customers.
What about allergens?
Every box contains milk (the yoghurt). We don't use the other 13 listed allergens as ingredients. The full sheet for every box is at buraqflash.co.uk/allergens. Tell us about any allergy in the notes when you order.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free until 10:00 on the day of delivery, from your orders in the app. Card payments are refunded in full; pass credits and stamps go back. After 10:00 the pots are on, so we can't cancel.
